Please read these terms carefully before using the Eve platform. They outline your rights, responsibilities, and how we keep the community safe.
By creating an account or using the Eve web application ("Eve," "we," "us," or "our"), you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Eve. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
You retain all ownership rights to your User Content but grant Eve a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content solely for platform operation.
We collect personal information including your name, email, photos, calendar events, and location data when you provide access.
We automatically collect information about your activity on Eve for improving recommendations via machine learning algorithms.
You consent to our collection, use, and sharing of your data, including the sale of non-personally identifiable information to third parties for advertising and analytics purposes.
You agree to use Eve responsibly and not to engage in activities that: • Violate any applicable law or regulation • Infringe upon or violate the rights of others • Transmit any harmful or malicious code • Engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior
Eve is committed to maintaining a safe environment and has a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). 7.1 Adults-Only Platform Eve is intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the platform. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be suspended or terminated. 7.2 Prohibited Content and Conduct Users may not post, share, transmit, or store any content that: • Depicts or promotes child sexual abuse or exploitation • Sexualizes minors in any way • Involves grooming, predatory behavior, or solicitation of minors • Constitutes Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Violations will result in immediate removal of content, account termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), where required by law. 7.3 Reporting and Enforcement Users may report suspected violations by contacting us at aditi@meetwitheve.com with the subject line "Child Safety Concern." We review reports promptly and may remove content, suspend accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
All content, features, and functionality (excluding User Content) are owned by Eve or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt-out of the sale of your personal information.
You may opt-out of the sale of your information at any time by adjusting your privacy settings or contacting us.
